Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and people-focused Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing SaaS sales function, and developing strategies that align with ShiftCare’s expansion goals. The ideal candidate brings strong SaaS sales experience, a data-driven mindset, and a leadership style that inspires accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
Design and execute scalable SaaS sales strategies across inbound and outbound channels
Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and conversion metrics
Establish clear KPIs and performance standards, ensuring team accountability and growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to improve the customer journey
Identify market opportunities and refine positioning to drive competitive advantage
Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, feedback, and ongoing professional development
Implement and optimize CRM and sales tools to enhance team productivity and reporting
Must-have: Proven experience in SaaS sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Demonstrated experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
Excellent leadership skills with a coaching-first, empowering leadership style
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
