The Sales Development Representative (SDR) builds referral-source relationships with healthcare providers and their practices by combining outbound outreach (phone, fax, email).The SDR role partners with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Clinic Directors (CDs) to prioritize opportunities and drive referral growth.
Identify and prioritize targets using several different reports concurrently with ability to pivot between reports daily.
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail at the highest level when documenting provider contact details, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and consistently maintained across multiple reports.
Ability to manage a high volume of targeted healthcare providers and practices. Responsible for reaching out to providers through outbound channels (phone, fax, email), maintaining consistent communication, and managing relationships to uncover and maximize growth opportunities. This includes closely tracking referral trends and proactively engaging new and existing providers to drive referral-source growth.
Effective relationship management relies on seamless teamwork across sales, operations, and other internal departments. This collective approach fosters strong provider relationships and drives mutual success.
